4890 coolers

If you look on that website there's a star next to your supported card... scroll down to the link and it says it has to be used with 'turbo module'. Which is a couple of fans... they look like they could be noisy...

do you use the normal fan profile? I have mine set fixed for 38% gaming and it's not bad at all and keeps the GPU high 60s.

Unfortunately there are no decent aftermarket coolers for the 48xx series in my opinion.

Here is a link to a review of the Akasa Neo Vortexx. Note it doesn't mention the 4890 in the compatibility list but I can assure you it fitted my XFX 4890 perfectly.

vrm cooling is dreadful though. this is why I suggest sticking with the stock cooler and just messing with your fan profile.

I tried the Scythe Musashi on mine and it was barely better than stock. Did a terrible job on the power circ. as well.
