Load up GPU-Z and go to the sensor page, you'll see it doing its powerplay thing and the voltage changing.

how come you didnt push the memory to 4800?
hi,
never thought of manually setting the fan to 100% and starting the auto tune feature
with fan at automatic i reached a gpu clock speed of 920
with fan at automatic i reached memory clock of 1095
with the fan manually set at 100% ( super noisy ) gpu went to 940
with the fan manually set at 100% ( super noisy ) mem went to 1155
thought that was great until i ran 3dmark06 and found it added a couple of frames here and there and only 24 points to my overall score so doesnt seem much point in increasing much above 920 unless you truly are getting close to 1000 that might make a bigger differance than 24 points but for me 920/1095 is enough for the card for me anyway

it doesnt seem to want to do over 1120 or so...thought I have not tried increasing the voltage....
I am using 1.375V and the GPU is watercooled.
Pretty sure the stock cooler is capable of the same clock, though it would be much louder of course
