You can leave Hyperthreading on, i don't think it'll make any games run worse. Not too sure about core parking, but unless you have 3 or 4 gpu's, you shouldn't be worried about a 4930k in games. The gpu will be the limiting factor.
 
Good chip on the lottery and good cooling.

The majority of the 4930K could get to 4600. But after that, if you are lucky only.
