4930k should it stay or should it go??

Cheers chaps, just doing a bit of stabillity testing and it is requiring a little more V at 4.8, so it will be an easy 4.7ghz 24/7 usage and just gotta see what i can do for benching :D

One of my most frequent bsod codes is 124, don't think the imc on this one is as good as my other but the higher clocks more than compensate. Few more options with this board I have not experimented with yet.
Can run 4.8 with ram @ 1600 with less than 1.4v but set to 2400 with 1.25v sa/vtt and bsod 124.
Not sure if it's the BE's bios but I can have rock solid clocks and when booting from cold I can get debug code 6F??

^^ also finding that there is not much difference between 100/125 straps which is a first on the 3 x79 boards I have owned, got to be the bios or I'm missing a crucial setting???

Yeah it's better than sb-e, I can get mine to 2570mhz c10(rated 2400 c10) but I usually run a tight 2400cl9, this gives me best results, for the money there great sticks. If I couldn't get any of these I'd probably of got 16gb 2600 cl10 teem extreme and tune them down tight. No point running at there rated speed as your gonna lose CPU hz unless you have a strong imc.
2400 for me is the sweet spot, which gives the best balance.
Some peeps with 32gb I have seen them needing 1.35v+ sa/vtt but I wouldn't feel comfatable with that.
