£4k spec check

Yet again, been asked by my uncle to build him a new rig as he's come in to surplus cash. Decided to avoid the X299 route and go with the Z390 route utilizing the new 9th gen i9 chip. The other requirements he has is it's got to have a 2080ti, 1TB M2, and the newer Evolv X case (his previous build has the Evolv)

By the way, he proper loves RGB and has per the previous rig, every component pretty much as to be RGB hence some components are sacrificed for the RGB element (RAM mainly). He loves his Asus stuff

This is what I've come up with so far ...

He hates Gigabyte, after the 970 stuff went down and Gigabyte told all owners to do one when other manufacturers helped out, and after a dodgy RMA, he's kind of stuck with Asus and probably always will.

However, the amount of lighting on that is mental - defo one to put forward, cheers!

He's already got a decent benq 144hz monitor, only games at 1080, i know i know the 2080 is overkill, so was his 1080ti to be fair. Mainly a gaming rig, usually plays the latest BF and COD, odd game of PUBG, CSGO and Arma thrown in - nowt too fancy!
