As the title suggest after doing a CheckDisk scan in the recovery console it said I had a 4KB Bad Sector and then in Windows I recieved one Damaged Block when doing a Full Scane in HDTune.

Should I be worried?

Whilst the system was sometimes freezing yesterday, today has been fine!

I saw your other thread about the bad cluster aswell. I just lost a drive after having the same issues. I'd back everything up immediately. It could be on the way out.

I've had this on two drives this year. Starts off with a bit of clicking now and again.

Run a chkdsk - it find 4kb in bad sectors and replaces a couple of files with bad clusters in \WINDOWS.

When using the pc you just get the odd error message and it crashes periodically.

First drive went on for months like this, then died. Second one died about a week after the ckhdsk.

Is it a Seagate? Both of mine were.
