4tb HDD on Am3+?

i lost my motherboard manual and I'm not sure if a can add a 4tb (or 3tb) HDD to my PC. Am I limited by the platform? My motherboard is a Gigabyte UD5 if that's any help to anybody reading this.

Larger than 2.2TB will need to be formatted as GPT rather than MBR.
