As part of its 2012 death penalty campaign, Amnesty International, the Grauniad and animators from Sherbet in a 5½ minutes animation tell the extraordinary story of Mohammad Mostafaei, a lawyer who has saved 20 of the 40 juveniles he has defended from execution in Iran. Actor Paul Bettany speaks the lawyer's words - CLICK HERE.

I am quietly confident that someone here will have a very sound reason why children SHOULD be executed, especially where they are a wee bit dark-skinned, foreign and especially if they are Muslamic

Before I succumb to the foolish temptation to join Amnesty International's letter writing campaign CLICK HERE, I would be most grateful if someone could spec me a convincing justification for executing children.

Perhaps if we nuke the country, we can save the Iranians the trouble of executing children - waddya think people?

stockhausen have you thought about creating an img for your sig that dynamicaly updates every time it's loaded with the headlines from different news outlets? that way if people want just a copy and paste of news headlines they can just go to your profile page and refresh until the sig changes?

Or they could just go to the bbc news website or look at their news feed themselves.
