Didnt really know what i needed! I was looking at PC sound setups it seems rather than home cinema ones.

I just put finger in the air at £125 looking at PC 5.1 setups. Money isnt an issue for me.

Wish i had your link earlier though!

So - LOVING the new setup!

Quality is amazing, HDMI output from new gaming rig is so good too.

Couple of quick pics:

Being on wall has created so much more space

Getting the trunking up to hide cables took forever but was worth it i think

Putting up another wall mount below this tomorrow for Sky+ box thats arriving Tue.

Yup that trunking hides the speaker wire really well :/

I thought the white trunking around walls was good! Should have seen the speaker wide / tape bodge i had before!!!!!

Yeah still have it, had to use it to touch up the marks where i pulled the sticky tape off from previous bodge!

I wouldnt paint the black tubing? I have black bookcase, Tv, leather sofa / chairs etc so kind of looks ok?

"Before" pics would have been useful to see what you were dealing with.

While i'm sure with the lights down watching a movie its marvellous, but thats way too much trunking and exposed cables for my taste.

I think it could have been reduced a lot with better placement of your kit under the TV, and running the ducts along the skirting board rather than up high. The TV and speakers all look high as well, which is exaggerating the issue.

For example, if you had put the Front L&R speaker cables behind the screen, you would only have needed a couple of inches of duct each side to cover it, rather than a couple of metres. With everything being fed down to the AVR via a larger single duct.
