For 50k no, but actually i like that a lot. It has obviously been done to a very high standard and the fit and finish looks superb. However i do agree that no wipers is absolutley stupid.
To my taste- No
Appreciate the workmanship and effort- Yes

Oh my god.

If i had a fail picture good enough to illustrate the amount of fail present....i'd use it.

seriously, oh my god.

Spot on.

While the style is not my cup of tea, nobody can deny that it has been done to a very high level of workmanship and that the finish is incredible. That interior is stunning.

But he is a Chav. No one is saying that it hasn't had a lot of blood sweat and tears gone into it but it is quite clearly appealing to Dave at Halfords.

edit* anyway- where's the latest cars and coffee? :p

Will most likely be a show car.

Probs generates money from entering it into shows.

It's not too bad for a place like that, but I wouldn't be seen on the road with it.

Go to Donnington this weekend or Japfest in May, you will see so far worser looking ones.

Christ, someone was quick to take that bait...I know of no other place where the word 'chav' is bandied about as freely as this; certainly not so often as by those who don't understand it.

Been MEGA busy of late. I'll hook you guys up this weekend if I have time :)

Yeah he didn't pay £50,000 for the car, nor did he take a 106 then spend 50,000 to make it like that. He bought it brand new for 15k 8 years ago and spent bits and bobs over time, including 10,000 on the interior. Bit of a misleading thread title :(

True, change it to 35k spent on a 15k 106 and it makes it seem more reasonable :p

For 50k, I'd get a battered 106 as a runaround, and get something decent like a 200sx or mr2 as a fun car....

Still, his car, his money, he can do what he likes. Those rear lights are awful tho!
