I am sure someone will know of a work around to get this working ok. Seems that trying lots of different drivers until you find one that runs each game is the norm.

I have the same issue on other Cryengine 3 games on a single 7970m, it is a driver issue and it's one that I've been stuck with for the last 6 months
some drivers are marginally better than others (I get up to 60 or 70% with whatever I have on there now, I will need to get my other laptop out to check)
I also had the same issue on a 7950 in a desktop PC but I have now swapped that out for a 670 because I've never had to do a full reinstall of windows just to do a driver update with a 670

My laptop has a 6650M and has no end of issues in games/desktop. The latest was an adobe update caused it to BSOD anytime you opened IE. There was a fix though...Use Firefox resulted in it being stable or do a system restore (which worked).
