Well, I'm looking at buying my brother a new computer for Christmas, I have a spec in mind and wanted to see if I could get any better for the money.

I wish to keep it below £500 and need a full tower with mouse, keyboard(nothing fancy) and OS.

Here is my intended spec, and any comments on how it could be improved will be appreciated.

This will be mainly used for light gaming, CS, WOW etc...

Thanks

Thankyou, I've added the 320gb, can't believe I didn't see that one :P

And thanks for the input on the graphics card, they're not really my forté, I went from a Pentium 4 with build in graphics to a 4870x2 lol, I don't know much about anything in between.

Thanks again.

Edit: Added new spec to original post.

I thought about it, but it will be upgraded in time, and the antec three hundred has better airflow, so when it is upgraded it will run cooler.

I'd try get a 4850 into the budget like above, it'd certainly make a difference. Also, sounds like a small thing, but a better mouse would make a big difference when it comes to gaming.
