£500 upgrade

Hi, I'm after a new processor, vga, ram, and mobo for less than £500, mostly for playing games, bf3, skyrim etc. not sure if a haswell is within my budget...

Wont be OCing
Also will I be able to use my 400w Enermax psu, I know 400w is pushing it a bit?

The IceQ has a better cooler, may run a cooler an queiter.

The IceQ is also overclocked (50Mhz) and comes with 2 extra games (that offer could end at any point, so don't base your decison on the games).

If the MSI wasn't on today only, id say go for the IceQ but £30 is a nice meal and a drink..
