Are these good value at the minute or are they likely to come down? Looking to increase some gaming storage and 500GB would do me nice.

They will come down, but you'll be waiting and waiting and waiting. One day they'll come down, slowly, or even quickly, but likely not any day in the next month at least (at least a significant amount)
I wouldn't want to wait for a month tbh, with M.2 drives and such becoming more mainstream yes they'll likely come down more so than they have been, but not worth waiting for imo
If you want the SSD now, just buy it

Well, you're looking at (starting prices) £50 for a 120GB ssd, £80 for a 250GB ** Please refer only to OcUK prices ** 500GB/1TB SSD's are currently the cheapest £ per GB.
Prices are (pretty much) always coming down on SSDs now they've matured and it's not new technology. It wasn't that long ago that a 1TB SSD was £500.
