Probably has a silent mode. Download MSI Afterburner if you want to set your own custom curve and have them running if that's something you'd like.Went nvidia.

Read its normal on the 5090. They only spin when temperatures reach 50-65 degrees to reduce noise and power consumption

Yeah this was the deciding factor for me too, i work in electronics and the honest truth is that i wouldn't be able to relax without knowing for certain, which reduced my decision making process to the Astral, or nothing.
HWinfo supports the sensors which is nice since you then aren't forced to use GPU Tweak which i find slightly inferior to Afterburner, and you can set custom alerts based on the sensors.
