I'm having a problem where if I run Crash Bandicoot from a USB stick it'll run at 60FPS but if I move the same folder to my desktop the game will only run at 50 FPS. The config is exactly the same so it's not something in the applications configuration but I'm guessing the computer itself. Does anyone know anything that could cause this?
