560 out tomorrow

And as for price, here is a quote from gibbos mege monday deals post

'P.S. Tomorrow we see the launch of a new fantastic value/performance graphics card for just £200, so be sure to check the site tomorrow as well'.

Yes, 2pm tomorrow we see the launch.
Price is estimated at around £200-220.

We don't know who's being supported yet, but if we're just looking at reference and OcUK here then I'd save my pocket.

Most of this info is easily found on here and google.

NDA is lifted tomorrow at 2pm, clocked versions on release ala GTX460 release.

The 560 isnt replacing the 460 its simply the next one up, someone said its replacing the 470

Launch models should be between £200 and £220 and I think I read somewhere budget versions will be available for even less at some point

Personally I hope to snap up a Gigabyte SOC but the problem for me is a go off best price as I live 20 mins from three of OCUK's biggest competitors so whoever is cheaper and has stock tomorrow will get my monies

I soooo want the Kfa2 white version :(
I'll have to wait till at least 4:30 tomorrow to see the 560's as I'm at work experience :(

I'll be there to check them as soon as I wake up... so probably about 2-3 pm.
Thank heavens there are no lectures on when assignments are due. Woo.

Not sure which model to focus on yet, anything closest to the 200 limit while still being sufficiently clocked and cooled. I imagine those white editions may run for more then 230? Or is that being pessimistic?

Gainward GTX 470 is 199, so 560Ti *if it wants to be popular* (I hope nVidia took a lesson from AMD's dominant period) must start at 179-189 with the cheapest vendors.

So it's costing £200 for a 1GB 560 with an extra 48 cuda cores over a 460, meh I would rather pay the extra and get a 6950 or 470 that you can pick up for under £200.

This card is replacing the 460, it should be priced at £150-£180.

i reckon it will trash a 470 easily and gibbo already said around £200 with the 1Ghz soc version at around £220.

well he didn't actually say that but it was certainly implied.
