5600X to 5800X3D

I did that very same jump - from a 5600X to a 5800X3D.

Am i happy? Very. I`ll likely skip AM5 , so wanted the very best AM4 platform (CL14 3200 ram and the 5800X3D) along with 2 nvme drives

I's the lows which i find a lot improved on, in the games i play, frame rates are both higher and more stable with not so deep drops (thas to the bucket of cache).
Is that at 4k though and what games are you playing?
My biggest take away from the all the recent ZEN 4 reviews was less about ZEN4 but more that for gaming the 5800x3d is a cracking little CPU.

I was thinking that, 5800x3d was beating a ZEN4 cpus in quite a few games. Only think that puts me off it, other than already having a 5600x, is you can't overclock with it. I like to tinker with my hardware :p

I must admit, i am considerring getting a 5800x3d as an upgrade from my 3700x. The prices of the new releases are putting me off.
i am too from what i have seen there is a 10 frame increase on lowest frames with the games
i play which i don't really think is worth it for me .i think its a mixed bag the 5800x3. I just don't think it's worth the money and changing out my previous cpu- i might just
wait it out for the 3d versions of the 7000 series. They are bringing out the cheaper mobos too soon.
