5600x worth upgrading to 5800x3d or should i go am5 7600? (rtx3080@1440x3440)

so thoughts so far,starfield much smoother.
before at 60fps in the cities it felt juddery,now it feels really smooth so a big improvement.

i havent overclocked anything its just standard with the memory set to expo settings at 6000mhz.
