I am upgrading my 4870 and 2400 pro (purely to run a 3rd display) to 2 X 5770s.
All good but I understand that I can only use the outputs on one card when in crossfire mode which leaves me using the 2 DVI ports and display port.

I am stuck at the checkout with my 2 cards but cant seem to find the right cable (I remember seeing it previously even though it was expensive) is this display port to DVI converter still available?
I can see a few mini DVI to DVI converters for the eyefinity cards but not for the normal one.
Any help much appreciated so I can play with them tomorrow :D

Cheers, I had a quick wikipedia of display port but couldnt make much sense as to what the 'active' relates to.
I don't intend to use eyefinity mode in any way to run games across 3 monitors I just need the extra display for running films and web pages etc.
Is there any disadvantage to using the display port to VGA adaptor? I have seen something that appears suitable but its on a competitors site and if thats the case I might as well get all the bits there rather than pay twice postage.
Cheers for your help btw.

I've got a 5770. I've had 3 screens running (1 DVI, 1 HDMI, 1 DP) the DP was using a DP->VGA adapter, cheap thing for a couple of quid. Quality difference was unnoticeable.

As James, said, there's no difference from VGA and DVI. Active basically means the adapter needs extra power to convert the DP signals to DVI. These adapters usually are powered via USB, OcUK was selling a Sapphire one before for around £80 but I can't seem to find it :p.
