5770 flickering problem

I just bought a Sapphire Vapor-X 1GB 5770, and installed it into my PC. I booted up, installed drivers, and everything seemed fine, however, every time I played any type of flash media on-line, be it YouTube or any embedded video, my other monitor (I run a dual-screen set-up, both connected by DVI) just starts flickering.

And it's not TERRIBLE flickering like I've seen some people complain about already with this card. It's a flicker of the other screen once every 4/5 seconds, and it annoys the hell out of me. It's caused me to go back to my trusty 4870.

Any ideas what I could do to solve this?

Dont bother sending it back to overclockers, if you bought it from them, they run a load of bog standard benchmark tests, and throw the card back in your face, saying its all fine (even though it isn't, even though I told them the exact specific issue, and even sent them a forum post on the AMD Forums with other people having the EXACT same issue, with the only resolution being to flash BIOS, which would void warranty, + with the risk it might not work)

I'm writing a complaint webnote to them about this, because its BS - I want my money back for a product which has a fundamental problem with it.
