I think it can be better than quad-fire in some cases.

What are those white rings around the tubing?

I thought Tri-Fire was the sweet spot amongst many GPU enthusiasts? OR was that just with 4800 series?

The white things on the tubing are just to help form the shape and stop it kinking they will be taken off soon!!

That was before the 9.12 hotfix, will be interesting to see what it does now.

Interested to see some real user comments about trifire 5770 looks a formidable setup. My crossfired cards easily deal with everything i have thrown at them so far, trifire did tempt me but i would need a new mobo as the spacing on my 3rd pci-e can only take a single slot cooler.

Also, I love the obsidian case. They managed to think up so many new ideas that make life so much simpler. e.g. the little door behind the cpu to access the backplate. When I can afford it, its going to be mine.

They were using old drivers.

They did another write up that was in November or October which showed them to be even worse (older drivers again). I think with newer drivers its going to get better all the time.
