Right ryzen can be funny with 4 sticks so try 2 sticks first I no it's a pain but try 2 2nd and 4th slot away fro cpu and set xmp in bios and see what you get

are you sure your ram doesnt have issues? what CPU u using before 5800X?
i would test out those ram first. 2 sticks at a time. I think the latest BIOS is for SAM so probably dont use. use the one that is AGESA 1.1.0.0 Patch C
do a CMOS clear install 2 sticks ram in the A2, B2 slots only then go into BIOS and Load default and F10 out let the computer boot. once you are presented with splash press Del or F2 to get into BIOS.
then dial in CPU PPL L3 and CPU NB PPL L3
then manually select RAM speed for 2800MHz and set the IF to 1400. then set your Vram to 1.4V and Vsoc to 1.1 VIDO and VCCD to 1.05 and leave all the timing etc auto.
Your RAM is old, so it may have compatibility issues. even if you can OC in ryzen master you are not going to get stability.
