Hello

Just wanted to see what folk are getting on this CPU, I'm running it on a MSI B550 Gaming Edge Wifi, Cooler is the Artic Freezer 34 esports.

I had a go at Adjusting the PBO and curve optimizer and went from 82c down to about 73c, cpu power pulling about 80-83W and clocking speeds of about 4.5max during a cinibench run with a score of 14681 on the latest run

My settings are PPT - 110w TDC 75A EDC 110A, Curve optimizer set to -30 on all cores.

I just want to check do these look ok, during gaming for instance Warzone 2.0 I'm getting temps of 73-76, Is this normal.

Any advice appreciated

thanks

Only tested in warzone atm, im seeing about 4.3/4.4

That’s a bit low. In war zone I see 4.95ghz

Your temps are fine and voltage it fine.

In bios I would set a curv optimiser of -10.
It looks like you have turned off the boost or set it very low. Put all setting under pbo to auto
With a single tower air cooler the 81c you was seeing at first was ok.

On the BIOS the cpu boost clock override setting is set to disabled, is this what you mean about the boost being turned off or is this something else?

I'll give those settings a go as well

My 5800x was hot runner but that's known.
Stock is setup for 142w power pull which is a lot for 8 cores considering thats the same power limit as stock 5950x so that much power in small chiplet gets hot.
I didnt overclock mine and just ran some negative co.
