yep your right im wrong, but now based on this i dont know what you have done to drop you clocks by about 500mhz
Use MSI afterburner to see clock speeds in case the other program is mis reporting

if all you do is game, ECO mode is good. i run ECO and see no drop in performance.

i think i would reset bios,

Afterburner is showing a steady 4.7 /4.8 during gaming whereas RM is showing about 4.3, even task manager shows about 4.7
