Ok, this shouldn't be happening but 10 minutes into crysis i start to see white "snow" dots, escpecially in the darker areas. Now i know the immediate attention should go to temperatue but much to my dismay they hover in mid 50sC which im sure is not high enough to cause a problem. Please tell it's just a driver issue or some such. Clocks are stock by the way and is from sapphire. I would be gutted if the card is faulty, such great boost in performance but why does it have to happen and spoil everything. Please help!:(

DX10 bug in crysis, happens to me in single aswell as crossfire
i at first thought i was artifacting aswell

but these new 58xxx cards also have hardware memory error checking, the closes to artifacting i have ever seen on these cards is when you up the core to high but that casuses instant black screen or system freezeup lol

Has anyone managed to get this sorted yet? I am getting the white dots artifacting too. I upgraded to the drivers suggested, but still get the problem.

I'm a little bit gutted as I was well looking forward to playing Crysis in all it's glory over my previous 8800GT. The game runs perfectly with the 5850 and a Q6600 at 3.0GHz, but the white dots kind of spoil it a little. I find them very noticeable. Crysis Warhead on the other hand looks amazing and runs perfectly at all Enthusiast 1680 x 1050 no AA.

No problems with other games either. Shame really. Hope ATI sort it out sometime soon.
