I love my 5850 but i wish i had gone the extra on a 5870 now i don't' like this flashing stuff with overclocking would just prefer it out the box there.

i think ill save the extra for a 5870 over 5850 its only another 100 or so and stocks easier to find of 5870, im gonna have a funeral for my 8800 gtx its served me very well lol

I ordered a bunch of stuff inc (Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5850 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card) back on the 9th.
I was under the impression (from forum posts & tel. calls) that this backorder would be fulfilled. It appears this is not the case.

Any idea when the Sapphire 5850 is likely to ship out to me?

None unfortuantely. I ahve no firm ETA on Sapphire 5850 parts at all.
