585w Draw on 660w PSU

I'd be a bit concerned if a PC was pulling near 1000W, I mean some heaters pull that? That racks up the leccy bill! Do these PC's pulling 1k actually heat the room to the point no heater is needed?

I have a home server room inside my smallest bedroom, the door is always open, and the radiator in that room is closed off even in winter.
