My 5870 clocks were reading nomally. Now however they are GPU157MHz and Memory 300MHZ. It's an ASUS card so I asked them and they tell me it's just fine and when playing ir ramps up to correct speeds. The games Assassins creed 2 and Just Cause 2 seem to be running OK but when I quit a game I see that neither clock has changed back down to the lower clocks. They read the dame no matter what. This card also has the 2 x 6 connections not he 6-8 as the newer cards seem to have. Except for Eyefinty I do see any difference from my 4890 card this replaced. So do I RMA this thing or is all well and good?

I have asked this question before sorry but I am rally digusted that I have not seen a better jump in performance .
 
Wht resolution are you playing? Post some results from the Just cause 2 benchmarks so we can compare.
