Hello, i don't post on these forums much but i stalk them more then i'd like to :p

Well my problem is when i startup my computer i get a BSOD saying atikmpag.sys error.

I only get this when i install the drivers for my soundcard
Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium, i can get onto safe mode and all that but i can also get onto normal mode if i log onto safe mode, shutdown, turn off the power and unplug it then replug it, 90% of the time i can log onto normal. Ive got the latest drivers for the 5870 and soundcard and have tried previous versions, so are they clashing or something? any help would be great

Did you install the Audio drivers when you installed Catalyst?
If so, remove the ATI drivers, reboot, then re run the ATI drivers and select Custom, and Untick the Audio driver :)

I get this on every boot. The BSOD is set to auto reboot, and garunteed on the second reboot will be all okay, probably just a bug in drivers.
