5900x very low cinebench r23 score

Help!

So thought I was doing well with my 5900x, running cinebench my all core test consistently boosted to 4.7ghz and single core was 4.975ghz....hottest core peaked at 80c ...and it's on water.

PBO is enabled.

My multicore score was 11639 and single core was 1554. 7.49 ratio.
Is something wrong with that multicore??? I'm running prerelease windows 11 maybe it's that??

Quite possibly must be all sorts of patching going on at present.

I've just noticed non of my ccd2 cores are firing up.... Then noticed core 6-11 aren't showing in hwinfo...the temps are there at 30c but no frequency

Panic over...I had disabled ccd2 somehow! Fixed now...

How did you fix this? Did you haev a setting in the bios that had the second CCD disabled?

It was Ryzen Master... So the bios only had Auto and CCD1 option.... I had messed around with Ryzen Master earlier and didn't like it so uninstalled it. Turned out "gaming mode" disables half your cores in favour of single core boost clock. I reinstalled Ryzen Master, rest everything and then all was well
