5950x won’t play ball with 3200mhz xmp profile!

this what im saying on a few ram kits i have you cant get the second timing tRCD lower than 19 and your XMP want to set 18 now you have it at 20 its playing nice.

my ram out of the box is 18 22 22 22 42 i can drop it to 15 20 16 16 36.
no matter what voltage or other setting i do tRCD will not drop below 20

you should find a Ryzen turned kit and copy the timing's then try to push the speed up, my kit will do 4200mhz on the lower timing but my IF wont pass 1900 so im running at 3800mhz.
i have this https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cors...ry-dual-kit-cmw16gx4m2z3600c18-my-4c1-cs.html

I’ve just bought some 32gb g skill for 90 quid on fleabay

Should offer better stability

I must admit dominator ram has been rock solid past 2 days and have gamed profusely.
I’ll keep the newly acquired g skill ram as it was a slight bargain as well and will slot it in once I get the itch to do so!

not you have relaxed the timings have you tried and faster? it would be rude not to

thought Id give one last update
managed to overclock Corsair dominator ram to 3600mhz cas 20-21-21-48-65 fully stable
I`ll try the g skill ram and attempt an overclock at a later date.
AIDA64 benchmarks look good with read/write speeds at around 54000 mb/s, copy speeds 51000 and latency is 74 ns. All in all pretty good
