I received 2 cables from overclockers ones a 5a and others a 10a which one do I use the pc I got was the spectra Azure 110-250 says on the back for power

No just the prebuilt spectre azure

As long as both plugs are 3 pin uk 5a will do 1200 watts double that for 10 amp either will be fine but I would use the 5amp for your pc.

1 amp = 240 watts uk.
