5GHz Overclock advice

Yeah me neither, going to stick with the XMP timings for now, which are good anyway really.

SuperPI 1.9 1M calculation @5.0GHz: 7.547s (never run before so nothing to compare to, is this score ok?)

I'm running at 1.460v now, gonna set prime going for a few hours to see if its stable here
i would test my 2550k on super pi @5ghz but 10c outside is a bit too warm . i have run cinebench r15 @5ghz though if you want to compare that.

I got to 5 where I knew I could boot and upped the BCLK for a fraction more.
I think I'm on the wall here though, it takes 0.07v more at5 than it does at 4.9 so I would imagine 5.1/5.2 will need well over 1.5v

6.850s now at 5.45 GHz

I daren't show you the voltage. I poo'd my self when I loaded CPU-z up! For whatever reason the bios is always way under what CPU-z is showing.

1.560v with step 7 LLC

did you open any temp monitors? that is a very decent time there :D
also you should take a screen shot and upload it http://hwbot.org/submit/benchmark/superpi_-_1m/
you would nearly be in the top 200!
this is the highest score on air http://hwbot.org/submission/2351515_.fx_superpi___1m_core_i5_2500k_6sec_343ms
