When I went to buy it, the garage owner started to open up the drivers door and I said can you open the back first and drop the seats down.
I think this was the first time he'd had a request like that and as soon as I saw the space I said "If it turns on, sounds good and drives OK I'll have it".
I've had it since Sept 2007 and it's been a great workhorse.
It was the first time I'd been allowed to have the car I wanted in 27 years of marriage because we always needed a 'family car' and it's the best car I've had.
Also think (being a family man) what is to come and having all that space to get furniture around or taking rubbish to the incinerator is a godsend.
