5th Gear

Was gonna say exactly the same thing. I watch TG but it's not really a serious show any more... it's about them arsing about in whichever country they want to visit this week driving whatever car they fancy taking for a spin, and Clarkson having the fastest / easiest option.

And yet it is still great TV and fun to watch :)

Top gear can only loosely be described as a car show.....still fkin good entertainment though.
5th Gear.....nah you can keep it thx.

5th Gear is pretty poor, but Tiff Needell is by far a better driver than any of the Top Gear presenters.

Maybe, but the guy is impossible to watch or listen. In the last few years he became so flakey, his posture is constantly stooped, he's gestures are random and all over the place, his speech is lazy, giggly monotonous, almost hypophonic. It's almost like the guy had far stages of Parkinson's - he literally behaves literally like older version of Michael J. Fox with multiple medical cannabis prescriptions.

I know but watching him drive is so cool. Jeremy and co' just slide the car around randomly with no precision. Tiff's R8 review was just a joy to watch.

I actually cringe when I watch them try and lark about and be funny, just doesn't suit them, they should do serious reviews which they excell at!

Watching an episode and it's doing my nut in.

The episode is the one where Vicki 'CHALLENGES' Schumacher and Barrichello to do a lap in an eco-car at this special competition. So, they each do a lap but it's not really a challenge. The camera never speaks to Schumacher or Barrichello and Vicki just comments on them. She never meets them! She just sees who is the best! And she goes on and on as if she knows them and everything but didn't get a single interview and just stands 10m away watching!

"I didn't have a huge amount of time with them" when she was asked what he was like!

And she then claims to say "Oh yes, when i spoke to him..." but they didn't show that!

ARGHHHH!
