Apart from a ATX board (the A85 gigabyte thingy is out of stock at £69) it looks fine.

if your budget is £600 i would drop an ssd in the £400 order. SSD's just make every thing faster

holy cable batman, I know its only a media PC with light gaming in mind and that the case isn't the best for cable management but is there no way of getting most of them round the back of the mother board tray?

I did a similar kinda build earlier this year and wasn't to bothered by cable management but I did some.

The case is quite tight on space, but your screenshot has motivated me to sort this out.

Then leave it

(my build was for a friend of a friend and I didn't think to do cable management and then realized WTF am I doing... so stopped). the worst thing in the world is a side panel that is bumpy.

just 1 quick suggestion.
the back fan, move it to the top, where the heatsink is.
having the case fan removing the exhaust of the heatsink would prolly drop the cpu's temp a few degrees
