I want to build a new system completely, I do a lot of web development, programming, photoshop, HD Movies, sometime video editing.

I don't play game and I may use existing ATI Radeon HD 5670 card (If you recommend me to upgrade then thats fine)

My current PC:
- AMD X4 945 3GHz
- 4GB Ram
- 2 HD's (Samsung)
- ATI Radeon HD 5670
- Windows 7
- (Might sell it on Ebay or let me know how much you want it for)..

so my budget is about £600. Performance must be a lot better than my current spec. What spec do you recommend?

Intel Core i7-3770K or better would be nice..

Id start from here:

i7 would be great for the type of work your doing, The motherboard is good and has SATAIII and USB3 too.

I put in a cooler in case you want to overclock, that cooler is one of the best on the market. If you don't want to overclock you can save a bit of money.

Are your hdd/odd sata?
Is your Win7 64bit?
Do you also require a new case?
What make and model is your Psu?
If you can re-use some components, this will free up money to spend in other areas.
