£60ish replacement for 9600 AGP?

Hey all,

My mate needs to replace his 9600 AGP with something a bit newer and sexier

Any recommendations for around the £60 mark? Not necessarily from OCUK if they don't have anything suitable but some suggestions of models/prices to look for elsewhere would be good. Nvidia or ATI is fine.

Well for ATI cards, get him to save £20-£30 more and get this:

£85 will pick up an X1800XT . Second hand of course but thats a lot of card for £85 and X1800XT > 7600

EDIT : from looking around you could most likely pick one up for £75

What is his CPU, RAM and PSU?

7600 GS is a good card if it has to be new. I'd stay clear of X1650 Pros cos they are nobbled on AGP, the X1650 XTs are fine though.
