Right i have stopped overclocking my cpu now its back to stock so i am wondering am i better running my ram at its stock of 800mhz or cutting it back so the cpu/ram are running on a 1.1 rate.

Well from past experience and general info that i have come across, running the RAM and CPU 1:1 would be best so there is no delay between the two. In some cases though, it can be beneficial so you the only way you can find out is to try the two in benchmarks etc to see what works best.
