6320 or 6600?

Im planning a small upgrade:

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 "LGA775 Conroe" 1.86GHz (1066FSB) - Retail

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3P (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

I was wondering if it is worth spending the extra £30 for the higher multi on the e6600? Or will the spec above be good enough to max out the e6320? They will both be under water, so temperatures is not an issue.

E6600 is 2.4Ghz stock, definitely worth the extra £25.

I'd say the only chips worth getting at the moment are the E2160 or the E6600. Anywhere in between is probably not worth it.

If you have a good mobo why not just go for the E6420 or something, with a respectable multi but still 4MB cache? In regards to overclocking of course, which considering the name of this site is probably what people are doing?
AFAIK the E2160 has a very small cache?
