650W Enough?

Howdy, just wondering if an EVGA G2 650W PSU would be enough grunt for say an 8700K at 5 GHz and a high end GPU (something like a 1080 Ti)? Haven't finalised the components for my gaming build, but the above PSU is on offer. Thoughts (I wouldn't be running many other components other than a sound card and ssd)?

Just keep CPU volts as low as possible instead of trying to find out how much power you can make it consume and that's enough.

Though that PSU is now out of stock and anyway this Antec would be even cheaper:

Could probably get away with a decent branded 400w, but having the headroom is never a bad idea.

That would be certainly too little for overclocked 8700K and 1080 Ti.
Unless you also run car engine always at red...
