6680 deferred picture message

I tried to send a picture message to a friend, it wouldn't send and just sat in my out box as failed, i tried sending again and still wouldn't send, but instead of reading failed underneath it now says deferred - my friend actually got the message, but its still sitting in my out box as deferred, i try to delete it but it's and it goes through the motions but doesn't actually delete.
I've switched the phone off and on gaing and it's still there - how can i get rid of it?

I had this problem with my 6680, i think i just turned mine off for a few mins and when i turned it back on it was gone. Seems like your phone is really playing up there mate, id get rid of it asap...i know im getting shot of mine, just going to use it as a backup emergency phone tbh...its a very dire phone.

Yeah this is the third one i've had, but so far so good ,i haven't had to switch it off due to the memory problem and i've had it since tuesday, i can live with the deferred message though lol
