Just been talking to vodafone and they are going to send out a 3rd replacement tomorrow for a straight swap, this is getting really annoying now but hopefully third time lucky.
Have been advised if there is any problem with the 3rd phone to speak to an Account Management Team Leader as the can authorise replacement phone models, I really hope it is 3rd time lucky as i do actually like the phone
Is there anyone else who is or has experienced this memory full problem and having to switch the phone off every other day to clear it..... the big P today is on switching off and on again it has come up with phone start-up failed. contact the retailer. Had the contract less than 3 months and i'm on the 3rd phone! and have only had about 6 weeks if that usage of the phone!
