Not much information on this model out there at the moment.

I know a few people ( including myself) ordered one today. Mine isn't coming until Monday because of where I live but I'd love to hear peoples thoughts on them when they arrive and I'd really like to know if they come with a backplate.

Thanks
Scott

Mine arrived, installed without issues and is quiet and seems to be performing well. It doesn't seem to be achieving the boost clocks though. It seems to max out at around 2430. I might try some tweaking but even as is its a far better card than I expected.

It's going to replace my 5700xt but at the moment it's replaced a 2080ti just for testing so not really an upgrade. Also it's only boosting to around 2360 not 2430 as previously mentioned.

So what is the difference between gaming and boost clocks? Is boost just supposed to be for very short bursts?

Out of interest whats the opinion on the 6700xt Fighter correct me if wrong but looks like three RMA`s and a couple of unhappy users. Not a very good start and only 50 cards were up for grabs.
I'm delighted with mine TBH. I'll be replacing my 5700XT nitro + with it. I wasn't sure that the relatively minor performance bump would make up for downgrade in aesthetics but it really does. It's not a bad looking card just a bit bland and even when the fans kick in its not horribly loud. Overall I think it's decent.

Undervolted and overclocked. 1080mV, 2735 max frequency (but it usually hits about 2650 without raising the power limit). Memory at 2138, raised max frequency to 2150. All in the radeon software. Think I could probably drop the voltage some more, but can't be bothered just yet.

Mine seems to struggle to run at much more than 2450 ISH. I think it's hitting the power limit I'll try using your settings.

Exactly what I've written. But I've left the power limit so it only draws 185w. This means it doesn't hit the full mhz but still good.
Yeah it's been a long day I completely skipped over the information you gave. I'll try it now thanks.

Mine can't do anything like that. Even after tweaking I can't get close to advertised frequencies. It still performs well but seems like a weaker card than the reference model.

Tried your ones, also tried only raising the power limit, tried various voltage and frequency settings. Best results so far are around 1115mv and 2685 MHz. That gets me close to 2500mhz with occasional spikes towards 2600 MHz

I'm starting to think mine might be faulty. I'm happy with the performance for the price but it's a long way off advertised boost clocks no matter what I do. If the GPU market wasn't in such a state I'd be tempted to send it back for a replacement.

I've moved this card to a different pc and it's point blank refusing to boot some of the time. The LEDs on the ram light up but no fans spin or any other signs of life. I've managed to get it to boot by selecting PCI-E Gen 2.0. this is on a gigabyte b450m dsh3. I've tried the two most recent bios versions and both are the same. Any ideas?
Thanks

Yes. I blamed the b450 board initially but it won't boot in anything now. Can't seem to get a display out of any board that's had that card in it now. Hope it's not killed my boards :(
