6700k @ 4.5 with Z170x Gaming 5

I'm trying to put my 6700k at 4.5Ghz. I set VCore to 1.28V but I'm getting readings as high as 1.363V. I checked my LLC options and they are Standard/High/Auto, nothing in between. Any idea on how to proceed to get lower VCore?

Try High LLC level. This will make the voltage during load closer to the voltage set in bios.

But if Standard is 0% and I'm getting deviation with Auto. Auto is already setting High, no?

Even with LLC on High, I get the same behavior.
