I'd be wary about using such low volts and then using your system for common tasks as a measure of stability. Had to up the volts on my 6700K when using realbench and x264 stability tester, as they crashed almost immediately, despite my system being seeminly stable in gaming and general desktop use. Ignoring a crash in prime95 might not be too much of an issue, but something like realbench is a fairly realistic workload for the CPU.
