really ? i did think of getting 3 of them and another 680. Not a good idea then???

You could try using realmwares BF3 settings editor it lets you limit the FPS your GPU renders. I tried it i set it to 60 then turn off v-sync it does look like its going to screen tear but it doesnt. Its meant to be less resource hungry as well.

just type in -maxfps 60
I forgot what the command was exactly just search it on google its something liek that, but just type that in the BF3 console or type it in the user.cfg in the BF3 folder and it will do it automaticly
