6800LE Clocking

Hi! As you my know I made a post in here a while ago saying I wanted more from the Aopen 68' LE.

SO, I've got it to 16 X 5 un-locking wise, and clocking to 280 / 530. As you may also know AOpen LE's have no temperature sensor. I've got the stock HSF on it, and a YsTech fan blowing cold air over the whole thing.
No VoltMods, and I'n 3DMark03 or anything else I've seen no artefacts.

I'm guessing it wouldn't be prudent to push it harder?

In regards my general OC, would putting a fan over my GeIL 1GB Value RAM (with heatspreaders) make me get any higher?

280mhz core? By any chance are you increasing the 2D clocks instead of 3D?

When I set up RivaTuner it asked whether I wanted separate or combined freq. adjustment, I asked for combined 2D and 3D to save time. Is it not right then?
