6850 overlocking

Well I haven't run any stability tests but seemed stable enough ie no artifacting/crashes etc

But tbh it annihilates everything I have at stock so for now back on stock

But looking around at official reviews 950/1150 would appear the sweet point as RaV indicates above

The mem at 1250 seems like the week spot during some GPU intensive games with full AA, but perhaps some 6850's have better ram chips.

Most seem to do 1000/1150 absolutely rock solid, if you have a program that tweaks voltage - got to have a stable PSU however with the single PCI-E connector. 950/1150 without voltage tweak is almost universal it appears.

Yes I agree. I think what happened with my ccc is that whilst it was overclocked via afterburner it altered itself to display the values and left those as overclockable.

Running an ANtec truepower so my psu seems to have no issues
